Are you the internet provider?
No. Vertex Konnect is an authorized dealer. We help you compare providers and place your order. The provider you choose owns the service, the equipment and the bill.
What does your help cost me?
Nothing. We are paid a commission by the provider when your service activates. You never pay Vertex Konnect anything.
Do I install it myself?
Usually, yes. Most plans ship a self-install kit to your door that you plug in yourself, and we tell you on the call exactly what arrives and when.
If your address or plan needs a technician, the provider sends one and we book the visit with you on the call. You know which applies before you order, not after.
What happens to my information?
We use it to check what is available at your address and to place your order with the provider you pick. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone you did not choose.
Who do I call if something breaks once I am online?
The provider handles service, billing and technical support under its own terms. If you cannot get anywhere with them, call us and we will help you chase it.
Will you keep calling me if I say no?
No. We contact you only when you ask us to, and we stop the moment you say stop. No cold calls, and we do not send marketing texts.
